Goals: A meet and greet is vital for ensuring both your peace of mind and your pet's comfort. This session is an opportunity to discuss care details, verify our in-house trained provider's reliability, and address any questions. It also allows our trained staff members to bond with your pet, ensuring personalized and secure care.

Pricing + Payment: The cost varies based on service complexity, travel distance, and meeting duration, typically ranging from $15 to $50. We do not accept payment in person; all payments must be made through an invoice, although you are free to leave a tip with the pet care provider directly.

Sharing of Information: Please limit the sharing of personal information to what is necessary for managing your pet’s care. Avoid disclosing any non-essential personal details to our employees.

Rescheduling and Cancellation: Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule the meet and greet. A cancellation within 4 hours of the scheduled time will result in a fee. To prepare for the meeting, ensure your pet is in a comfortable and calm environment, and have any questions or concerns ready.

Completing the form ensures we have all necessary information about your pet to provide tailored and safe care. This includes:

• Medical History: To handle any health issues effectively and administer medications if required.

• Behavioral Traits: Understanding your pet’s temperament helps us tailor our care approach, ensuring comfort and safety for all pets.

• Dietary Needs: To cater to specific dietary requirements and avoid any allergic reactions.
